The room was super tiny, but I got good access info late at night.

Convenient Location for Exploration, Historical Theme Décor, Exclusive Rooftop Views
Clearer access instructions would greatly enhance the check-in process!!! Inconsistent housekeeping service left my room uncleaned for several days and the shower water ran cold during peak times, which can be quite uncomfortable!!!

The experience was quite challenging. The access instructions were unclear, making it difficult for my friend, who I had booked the room for, to enter upon arrival. Even though the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Sherlock Holmes Museum and Hyde Park, the overall inconvenience overshadowed this.
